The Grahams kitchen was a dark space that lacked sufficient storage. With no direct access to the backyard, the Grahams had to exit through the garage to use their back patio or let their dogs out.

Remove wall between the kitchen and formal dining room
|

Add a hinged patio door at the dining area to create direct access to backyard.

Add flanking casement windows to the door at dining area
|
|
|
Replace small sink window with large triple casement
|
|
|
Relocate sink to new peninsula and add cabinets at location of old in kitchen table
|
|
|
Add raised snack bar to replace lost seating at eat in kitchen table
|
